Cramer provided his first buy ranking of Pepsico for the month, responding to a viewer query by saying that he liked the stock. Cramer discussed the fall in price of Swift Energy, saying that the company has been the victim of short sellers when it was focused on the natural gas industry. While he did say that Swift was trying to make the transition to oil fuels, Cramer stated that it could very well take a few quarters for the markets to adjust, meaning that Swift could take a while before it starts to rebound.

The stock’s 52-week high is $57.42, and its 52-week low is $40.70. Cramer had his eye on Whole Foods, a company that is due to report earnings this Wednesday. Cramer did warn that analysts are often over critical of the stock, so he is skeptical as to whether the stock will perform well in the wake of its earnings report.
Cimarex Energy Co. (NYSE:XEC): Jim Cramer ranked this stock a Buy. Cramer previously ranked this stock a Buy on October 7, 2013. The stock’s 52-week high is $92.18, and its 52-week low is $55.74. Cramer included Cimarex Energy in a list of companies that were names to watch this week as they are set to report earnings numbers for the past quarter. Historically, Cramer has been a fan of Cimarex, and of some of the other smaller names in the oil and gas industries as well.
